Carlo Nason Medusa Lamp
This marvelous Medusa table lamp, designed by Carlo Nason and produced by Leucos, is an exceptionally rare and collectible example of Italian lighting design from the 1970s.
Handcrafted in mouth-blown pearlescent Murano glass, the lamp is named Medusa—Italian for jellyfish—a reference to its soft, organic form and luminous presence. The glass surface subtly changes color depending on light conditions and viewing angle, creating a captivating visual effect. When illuminated, the lamp becomes truly spectacular, casting a warm, refined glow that enhances the surrounding space.
Preserved in fabulous condition with no chips or cracks, this piece retains its original label. It is fully wired and tested, compatible with US and EU/UK electrical standards, and uses a single E26/E27 light bulb.
